In use

VALOI 360 holders allow film to be advanced smoothly through the holder, making it easy to scan entire rolls efficiently. The design supports controlled, repeatable positioning, helping you maintain consistent framing across a roll while minimizing handling of the film.

Each holder is engineered to support continuous scanning workflows while remaining compact and easy to swap when changing formats.

Film flatness & image quality

All VALOI 360 film holders are designed to keep film flat and well-aligned at the capture plane. The internal geometry gently guides the film to reduce curl and waviness, helping deliver sharp, even results across the frame.

Matte black materials and carefully designed internal angles help minimize reflections and stray light, improving contrast and reducing the need for post-processing corrections.

Format considerations

Film formats—especially smaller or legacy formats—can vary slightly depending on manufacturer, production era, and storage conditions. Because of this, full frame coverage cannot always be guaranteed for every roll or camera setup.
