Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the electronic components in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
